**Mission**:
Execute preventive, corrective, predictive, overhaul maintenance activities, routine and emergency tasks, rigs can to the fleet equipment in the region; record the corresponding results and ensure the efficient performance of the equipment(s) and the fulfillment of the client's requirements. Provide technical support, support and adequate accompaniment in the commercial processes of the division, executing start-up tasks and guarantees of new equipment, and keeping the necessary databases updated (such as fleet sync and electronic folders) in order to contribute to the growth and the profitability of the MRS business area. Ensure the good performance of the personnel in charge when so defined and take care of the good level of customer satisfaction. Provide support to the training process by creating or presenting technical courses both to the technical group or to the external customer in order to guarantee customer satisfaction in business processes and service delivery. Propose adjustments in the processes in which opportunities for improvement are detected. Participate in the formulation and monitoring of the KPI's of operations. Provide support in the formulation and monitoring of service agreements and contracts.

**Activities and Tasks**:

- Demonstrate Epiroc behavior and key values when interacting with other people.
- Ensure the optimization of the internal resources of the company.
- Comply with the different Epiroc policies.
- Understand customer needs and values.
- Know and manage the BPCS, MOL, WOL, E-learning, among others and in general the different databases of product information, training and training of the Company.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of training plans, courses and tests, and training in the classroom, field or electronic media, for the technical staff of the Division.
- Support the marketing and sale of training and training plans to external clients.
- Accept new activities that can be generated during the development of their work.
- Plan one's own work to meet established dates, according to the requirement and the scope defined in the intervention assigned by the immediate boss. Work proactively and report potential planning issues early and will try to prevent them.
- Ensure the proper functioning of the division's teams in the different projects in which it is assigned. Attend to the different technical and support requirements that are necessary for the division and its clients.
- Evaluate the equipment in operation and make the necessary adjustments for the good performance of the equipment in the field.
- Fill out the formats, documentation and Service Reports required by the client or project, as well as the Technical Reports and formats requested by the immediate boss, according to the process or work in which they participate.
- Verify, prepare and manage the spare parts (consumables) and work materials necessary to carry out the assigned tasks and return those that were not used to the immediate boss, or the person designated by him.
- Comply with maintenance activities according to the planning and programming carried out by the MRS Service Coordinator or Service Technician in charge. Lead by demonstrating experience with team members. Achieves results successfully managing the task and/or work.
- Execute start-up tasks and guarantees of new equipment and keep updated the databases used in said tasks (Fleet Sync, electronic folders, etc.).
- Maintain tidy, clean and tidy work areas both at customer facilities and at Epiroc workshops.
- Carry out work according to local, legal, Epiroc and customer safety regulations, when checking and using tools, materials and equipment (hydraulic, electrical, motors, etc.)
- Support and support all technicians cooperatively in the execution of assigned tasks, to obtain the necessary results for Epiroc and customers.
- Ensure the delivery to complete satisfaction of the services in the assigned projects or activities.
- Have a sense of urgency and take responsibility. High level performance under normal time limit and under pressure.
- Provide technical support and customer training. Use your experience and show interest in constant personal and organizational development.
- Ensure that all technical problems of the equipment are solved in a timely manner and communicate the needs of the clients to the Service Coordinator Parts and Services.
- Participate in the formulation and monitoring of the KPI's of Parts and Services operations.
- Propose spare parts lists for minimum security inventory, contributing to reduce response times, improving customer perception.
- Make good use of all the information provided by the Company, which will be solely and exclusively for internal use. Any disclosure of the same without prior consent may lead to sanctions.

Engineer, technologist or mechanical, electromechanical technician or related careers.
