**El Rol**
Como **Machine Learning Engineer** estará a cargo de la construcción y mantenimiento de pipelines de ML. Estarás encargado junto a un equipo, del diseño, construcción y continua mejora de los pipelines de ML, es clave contar con una actitud de liderazgo en este frente.
En este rol trabajarás muy de cerca con científicos de datos y equipos de ingeniería para optimizar el rendimiento de pipelines de ML de cara a garantizar el uso oportuno de la señales a negocio de los modelos de ML
**Deberás**:
- Diseñar, construir y mantener APIs desplegadas en AWS
- Diseñar, construir y mantener pruebas unitarias y de integración
- Aportar en decisiones de arquitectura y selección de herramientas y procesos
- Dar puntos de vista y generar crítica constructiva
- Diseñar, construir, implementar y mantener pipelines de machine learning end-to-end, desde la ingestión de datos y el entrenamiento del modelo hasta la implementación y monitorización en producción.
- Establecer y mantener protocolos para la validación y monitorización de modelos, asegurando su rendimiento y fiabilidad en el tiempo.
- Diseñar, crear, mantener, resolver problemas y optimizar los pasos del pipeline de Machine Learning.

- Experiência de más de (5) cinco años con el uso de Python
- Experiência en el uso de herramientas de big data (Spark, Hadoop, etc.)
- Experiência de mínimo un año con servicios AWS, Azure o GCP, preferiblemente Serverless.
- Experiência trabajando con equipos multidisciplinarios, incluyendo científicos de datos, ingenieros de datos y analistas de negocio.
- Experiência en codificación segura y OWASP
- Experiência con sistemas de orquestación como Airflow, AWS Step Functions, etc.
- Experiência mínima de (3) tres años con modelos de aprendizaje automático/aprendizaje profundo y ciclo de vida del modelo (versionado de modelos, pruebas A/B o multivariantes, y la monitorización de modelos), ingeniería de software y principios de DevOps/MLOps, Gateway, Sagemaker
