El Health Representative es un rol de promoción de ventas basado en la ciencia, capaz de ofrecer un portafolio más amplio de contenidos. Este rol puede establecer contactos iniciales y puede transferir estos contactos hacia áreas de experticia o Account Managers sólo de forma reactiva.
No es un rol del área médica, pero si debe ser experto en la ciencia y el valor de nuestros productos basados en el documento actual de producto. Sin embargo, este rol no puede proporcionar a los clientes conocimientos científicos más amplios. El Health Representative se relaciona, apoya y educa a los HCP en nuestros productos a través de interacciones tanto físicas como virtuales.
