**Your Role and Responsibilities**
- As a Backup as a Service Administrator, you will be focused on maintaining, managing, configuring, upgrading and improving Backup Infrastructure.- Daily review of platforms / devices under responsibility
- Validation and debugging of rules, configurations,
- Analysis and diagnosis of use of physical and logical resources
- Analysis of monthly security patches, approval, deployment and implementation of security patches
- Updates of the monitoring and management tools
- Analysis and remediation of vulnerabilities and recommendations
- Infrastructure evaluation to define action plans for correction and improvement.
- Platform assurance.
**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Administration of Backup & Recovery platforms, with at least 4 to 6 years of experience in Enterprise and Data Center environments (on premise / Cloud)
- Knowledge of any of the following platforms: IBM Spectrum Protect, Netbackup, Dataprotector, Veeam Backup.
- Knowledge in the administration of physical and virtual Libraries, Containers, Storage related to Backup
- Product report management
- Basic knowledge of AIX and Windows operating systems,
- Basic knowledge in RMAN, BRTOOLS
- Basic Knowledge of shell scripting, documentation of processes and procedures
- Basic or intermidate level in English.
**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**
- Knowledge and experience with Phyton or Ansible
- Experience working in multi-client, multi Cloud (Azure, AWS, Google). Any other technical basic certifications are also welcomed and highly valued
