**Salary 3.850.000 COP**
**Job description**:
- Analytical and data-driven. - Experience in quality assurance, preferably in customer service. - Strong customer service skills. - Open to new ideas and able to manage processes remotely.
**Responsibilities**:
- Ensure consistent processes across all offices (currently 3). - Map and monitor office processes to ensure quality. - Provide the ultimate customer experience. - Analyze data to drive improvements in service delivery.. Be engaged in scheduling, customer service and recruitment processes. Take some office calls to leave a message
