El controller será la persona encargada de supervisar el cumplimiento contable, cambiario, de precios de transferencia y tributario, la preparación y emisión de estados financieros locales bajo IFRS y de reporte corporativo bajo USGAAP. Adicionalmente deberá garantizar el cumplimiento de las obligaciones fiscales de la compañía, atender auditorías internas y externas, control y seguimientos de las políticas y controles SOX establecidos por casa matriz.
**Funciones, obligaciones, actividades**:
- Responsable del compliance de la compañía para actividades y reportes financieros
- Responsable de supervisar el cumplimiento de los procesos contables que proveen el ESC (Elanco Solution Center) y el outsourcing contable (P2P, O2C y R2R).
- Responsable por la razonabilidad de los estados financieros de la compañía para efectos locales, corporativos y autoridades locales bajo normatividad local y USGAAP.
- Responsable de supervisar y garantizar la presentación y cumplimiento de obligaciones fiscales en coordinación con los outsourcing tributarios y departamento de impuestos corporativos.
- Responsable de vigilar el cumplimiento de las políticas financieras/contables corporativas de Elanco
- Revisión y aprobación de informes y reportes corporativos como son: Trial Balance, conciliaciones de cuentas (Blackline), Tax package y seguimiento constante a los ajustes requeridos para el cumplimiento del régimen de precios de transferencia.
- Liderar la cultura de control interno mediante la supervisión, seguimiento y revisión de los controles SOX
- Supervisión del CAPEX
- Atención y seguimiento de auditorías externas, corporativas y entidades de control locales.
- Proveer guía contable a los business partner locales como FP&A y Supply entre otros.
- Revisión y aprobación de provisiones generales de cierre mes.
- Supervisión de los cierres mensuales y trimestrales garantizando el cumplimiento de las fechas limite establecidas.
