**Misión del cargo**:
Impulsar el crecimiento y desarrollo del Canal Móvil (Apps, Responsives, Tablets, Web Mobile) para cumplir con los indicadores del negocio
**Funciones del cargo**:
- Apoyar e impulsar el crecimiento y desarrollo del Canal Móvil (Apps, Responsives, Tablets, Web Mobile, etc) para cumplir los principales indicadores del negocio como ventas, aumento de conversión, usabilidad, retención, adopción y uso en tiendas a través del análisis de los datos, interactuando con otras áreas de la compañía con el fin de buscar oportunidades de negocio, evolución, generación y ejecución de estrategias de alto impacto.
- Analizar data de comportamiento comercial y de usuario de los canales digitales para la generación de insights clave que lleven a dichos canales a conseguir un mejor desempeño, con el fin de aumentar la conversión, el uso y mejora de retención.
- Identificar, proponer e implementar en conjunto con las diferentes áreas nuevas oportunidades de negocio a desarrollar en los canales digitales, con el propósito de impulsar el crecimiento del canal y/o solucionar problemáticas actuales de los clientes y/o procesos internos de la compañía.
- Proponer, ejecutar y medir estrategias tácticas, comerciales y funcionales que impacten en el crecimiento de las ventas, conversión, uso y retención de los canales digitales mobile.
- Guiar, apoyar y priorizar con el Squad de la App Homecenter en la actualización permanente y construcción de nuevas funcionalidades y/o mejoras, con el fin de contribuir al incremento de las ventas a través de la aplicación y la mejora de los indicadores del canal.
- Proponer estrategias (actividades, presentaciones, apoyos audiovisuales, etc.) para aumentar la apropiación de los canales Mobile en las tiendas, con el fin que los asesores promuevan dichos canales con compañeros y clientes.
**Requisitos**:
Profesional en Ingeniería Industrial, Administración de Empresas y/o carreras afines.
Conocimiento en Medición y análisis de datos en entornos digitales
Conocimiento en Conocimiento en negocios digitales (e-commerce)
