Hoy nuestra Gerencia de Automotive se encuentra en la búsqueda de su próximo/a** **PLANNING AND MARKET ANALYST **quien tendrá la misión hacer análisis de información, procesamiento de datos para poder evaluar diferentes KPI de la red de concesionarios. Se quiere analizar todo lo correspondiente a la gestión del concesionario abordando temas logísticos y de clientes (Reputation). Desarrollo de un manual de operación de una vitrina Inchcape para desplegar a toda la red, estandarización y desarrollo de la red de concesionarios para mejorar su gestión y su desempeño. A su vez se cuenta con un cliente interno al cual debemos ofrecerles información que pueda mejorar el posicionamiento de cada una de las marcas del grupo.
**Dentro de las principales funciones a realizar se encuentran**:
Responsable de realizar la liquidación del margen variable y plan de gestión, lo que implica contar con habilidad para el manejo de datos.
Realizar seguimiento contante a cada uno de los concesionarios realizando un seguimiento contante a los diferentes KPI que tenemos actualmente y que vayan siento indexados.
Realizar procesos de automatización del área para hacer procesos cada vez mas eficientes.
Realizar la medición de estándares de marca para las diferentes vitrinas y talleres de la red.
Generar planes de acción conforme a las exigencias de cada uno de los fabricantes para mantener las imágenes de marca actualizadas.
Envío de comunicación con los diferentes integrantes de la red
Generar estandarizaciones en los diversos procesos que actualmente se tienen con la red.

Educación: Título universitario en carreras afines al área administrativa.
Experiência: 1 a 3 años de experiência previa en roles similares.
**Conocimientos específicos**: Excel Avanzado, PowerBi/Tableau, Python (ideal) y Conocimiento básico en finanzas
