**Requisitos**:
Licenciatura en programación informática, ciencias de la computación o un campo relacionado.
Mínimo 5 años de experiência en ambientes en producción con dominio de todo el ciclo de desarrollo de aplicaciones con backend en Google Cloud.
Dominio o la comprensión de lenguajes específicos, como Node.js, Python, Restful API, Docker, Microservices, Google Cloud services (Kubernetes, Cloud Run (serverless), Cloud Armor, Cloud Networking (Load Balancer)
Gran conocimiento del ciclo de desarrollo backend/frontend y de las técnicas y herramientas de programación.
Orientación a la eficiencia, la experiência del usuario y la mejora de los procesos.
Excelentes habilidades de gestión de proyectos y del tiempo.
Gran capacidad de resolución de problemas y de comunicación verbal y escrita.
Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente o en grupo.

**Responsabilidades**:
Recopilar y analizar datos, procesos y códigos para solucionar problemas e identificar áreas de mejora.
Colaborar con los desarrolladores de front-end y otros miembros del equipo para establecer objetivos y diseñar códigos más funcionales y cohesionados para mejorar la experiência del usuario.
Desarrollar ideas para nuevos programas, productos o características mediante el seguimiento de los desarrollos y tendencias de la industria.
Registrar los datos y comunicarlos a las partes adecuadas, como los clientes o la dirección.
Participar en la formación continua para mantenerse al día en las mejores prácticas, aprender nuevos lenguajes de programación y ayudar mejor a otros miembros del equipo.
Asumir el liderazgo de los proyectos, según sea necesario.
