- Help the analytics team to propose and take part in taking the company to a data-driven culture.
- Contribute to the analysis of structured and unstructured data to generate insights into the C-levels and create additional elements to the products of the company.
- This person must be familiarized with the analytics life cycle and have experience working under the CRISP-DM methodology.
- This role is expected to have a strong background in statistics, mathematics, and computation.

**Minimum requirements**:
- **Studies**: Bachelor's Degree in mathematical engineering, statistics, economics, or a related field (with a quantitative focus).
- **Experience**: 2+ years of experience as a data scientist using **statistical, mathematical, and machine-learning techniques** to process data and create classification and prediction models. Also,** strong data visualization and storytelling** are needed to share findings of the information within the organization and with the clients. This role is expected to have worked with** relational databases and has knowledge of deep learning frameworks** such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras. Having experience working with NLP models, image classification, and document classification is a plus.
- **Knowledge**:Strong knowledge of implementation of probability, multivariate statistical models, regression, and classification machine learning models, and understanding of metrics error. And must have knowledge in tools like SQL, Python, Power BI, Microsoft Office Suite, Git. Having any knowledge with Docker and Salesforce would be a plus.
- **Language**: Very good English skills. B2 or higher is preferred.

- **Schedule**:Monday to Friday from **8:00 a.m to 6:00 p.m** (We work by the American calendar).
- **Places**: Only for Colombia. This position will be remote.
- **Contract**: Indefinite term contract + Benefits.
- **Salary**: $ 4'500.000 - 6'000.000 COP (according to experience) + Performance bonus in $USD additional to base salary.
