**What You'll Bring**:
We are looking for an experienced ML Platform Engineer to help build scalable production systems to improve the capacity and speed on how we develop and deploy our fraud analytics models. The role requires close collaboration with internal data science community and solution architects to bring more automation and scalability to our machine learning efforts. The role is based in India with the following set of expectations and responsibilities:

- Leadership in Architecture, Design, Development and Deployment of large-scale analytics product and platforms
- Create automation pipelines for continuous training, evaluation, and deployment of models.
- Advance monitoring to identify model drift and active learning opportunities.
- Establish scalable, efficient, automated processes for data analyses, model development, validation, and implementation.
- Design and implement the data pipelines and engineering infrastructure to support our analytics platform at scale.
- Writing and reviewing code in a programming language such as Python, PySpark, R etc.

**We’d Love to See**:

- Prior Experience in architecting, designing and development Data Management and Analytics tools and platforms, ETL & Data Warehouse systems is a plus.
- Experience in Customer Data Platforms (CDP) associated Services and techs will be Plus.
- Familiarity with one or more data-oriented workflow orchestration frameworks (KubeFlow, Airflow, Argo, etc.)
- Experience in developing and maintaining ML systems built with open-source tools. (Feast, ML Flow is a big plus)
- Experience participating and leading the scrum process in agile teams with documentation of product and platform releases, epics and user stories.

**Impact You'll Make**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or any other engineering discipline
- Experience with a major cloud provider (AWS and/or GCP).
- Experience building custom integrations between cloud-based systems using APIs.
- Strong understanding of Analytics Toolkits, benchmarking, and continuous integration.
- Open to learn and explore new toolsets and technology and innovative solutions.
