- Previous experience in a IT Help Desk or other cybersecurity focused role
- Extensive knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Defender, Sophos
- Familiarity with **SOC 1 & 2, ISO27100** and **firewalls**
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work a part-time schedule

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide IT compliance support to clients and make the necessary suggestions to their current practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to cybersecurity and firewalls
- Monitor and maintain cybersecurity systems, including antivirus software, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems
- Work with SOC 1, SOC 2, ISO27001, HIPAA, PCI DSS principles.
- Provide guidance and recommendations on cybersecurity and firewall best practices
- Ensure clients' cybersecurity systems are up-to-date and patched with the latest security updates
- Collaborate with other IT professionals to resolve complex cybersecurity issues
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and support activities

**Salary**: From $2,500,000 per month
