We are looking for a Customer Experience Data Analytics to join our International Family and Professional Care segment and lead the IFP CX data and analytics to deeply understand and transform B2B customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Develop and execute customer experience (CX) analytics strategies and products.
- Partner with IFP Growth and Accountable Business Unites (ABUs) CX teams to embed data-driven decision-making in the service of CX.
- Deliver proactive and provocative CX insights that can directly translate to business action and performance.
- Partner with Digital Technology Solutions and other stakeholders to drive data governance standards.
- Improve data literacy/fluency in CX teams to embed data-driven culture.
- Develop advanced analytics capabilities against prioritised B2B IME use cases including pipeline review and churn management.

You will also need the following qualifications:

- Proven experience in data analytics within B2B environment.
- Good understanding of Customer Experience datasets and their usage.
- Experience in a broad range of analytics methods from descriptive and diagnostic to predictive and prescriptive.
- Expertise with Power BI and other visualisation software.
- Highly developed collaboration skills with an ability to work and influence across a matrix organization, influencing peers, other functions with credibility
- Ability to communicate to senior leaders in a concise and persuasive format
- This person will also be able to prioritize opportunities, and navigate effectively in a matrix environment.
