**Your Role and Responsibilities**
- Development of Java routines, to extend the OpenPages APIs
- Data structure (algorithms, computational complexity)
- Testing
- Be willing to work in a complex environment Interpret customer written requirements and create a detailed technical specification to design OpenPages solutions
- Configure OpenPages modules based on customer requirements. Analyze and investigate problems that have been reported by customers and document the results of the investigation(s)
- Perform maintenance and administration of OpenPages to correct defects that have been identified during the maintenance process
- Run unit tests on OpenPages solutions, implement test plans, test harnesses and document test results. Investigate and suggest solutions to defects and problems within OpenPages that have been detected during testing

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- At least 3-5 years of IBM OpenPages experience (desirable)
- Experience to have done at least one end to end OpenPages implementation for an organization preferably for a Banking / Insurance / Finance Services organization (desirable)
- Experience in all the aspects of implementation process, workflow, templates, reporting, internal / external integration, data migration from multiple automated / non-automated source systems, user roles and access, security and access etc
- Knowledge, understanding and experience in resolution of issues faced in OpenPages implementation (desirable)
- Experience in working on both Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodology (desirable)
- Ability to facilitate and perform technical planning discussions
- Excellent oral and written communications to business users, problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
- Experience implementing reporting within OpenPages based on business requirements (desirable)
- Excellent trouble-shooting skills, with the ability to quickly identify and document the root cause of issues, and effectively communicate and manage possible resolution
- Willingness to take ownership and accountability to execute and deliver on goals, strong commitment to high quality standards
- Excellent time management skills, ability to efficiently prioritize and multitask
- Proven ability to take ownership and challenge status-quo, improve processes and drive results
- Strong relationship management skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate large amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Highly motivated, flexible, proactive, and adaptable to change

**Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Experience with Analytics and Business Intelligence tools (Cognos) is desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Intermediate English
