**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a **Funding Closer** at Lendflow in Medellín, Colombia. The **Funding Closer** will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, creating and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. You will be responsible for lead generation and for being our first point of contact with our potential customers.

**English level B2 - C1 required**

**Qualifications**
- Prior experience in loan closing and funding operations is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge or willingness to learn about financial products and services
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous sales experience is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
- Fluent in Spanish and English
