Buscan a alguien comprometido y con ganas de trabajar duro. -Buscan a alguien con al menos 2 años de experiência en ventas, vendiendo B2B. -Deseable que tengan título universitario --Estarán en estrecho contacto con directores de escuela, abogados, sobre todo, con gente de alto nível educativo. -Estarán vendiendo servicios de interpretación y traducción y tendrán que hacer un seguimiento de las cuentas. -Debe tener experiência con gestión de relaciones con clientes CRM, ejemplo: fuerza de ventas o HubSpot. -El éxito de los SDR se medirá en el número de cuentas más que en el volumen. -ESTRUCTURA DE COMISIONES (aun no está definida pero tentativamente sería así): los SDR recibirán el 3% del volumen de sus ventas totales, las cuales podrán ser distribuidas bimestralmente, semestralmente o anualmente según sea acordado con el cliente.
