**Requisitos**
- Escolaridad _
Graduado (a) en Negocios Internacionales, Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial, Mercadeo o carreras afines.
- Área de experiência _
- 2-4 años de experiência en Marketing y Comunicación Digital.
- Idioma _: Inglés intermedio.
- Conocimientos técnicos: _
- Sales Force Marketing Cloud avanzado
- Manejo de HTML intermedio
- Preferible: Suite de Adobe
- Lugar de trabajo: _**_Colombia _**
- Horario : _Full-time
**Propósito y actividades del puesto**:
Generar estrategias de comunicación efectivas que contribuyan a la ejecución de la estrategia transversal del programa de lealtad, por medio de la automatización de procesos.
Liderar los procesos de automatización, estrategia y optimización de los canales de comunicaciones propios de Tap IT, por medio de la creación de audiencias y acciones que impacten directamente en el engagement, transaccionalidad y retención de los usuarios del programa.
**Responsabilidades**
- Generación de estrategias segmentación, remarketing y perfil de cliente para generar comunicaciones altamente efectivas en términos de performance y engagement.
- Creación de journeys automáticos, que permitan generar eficiencias y mejoras en las comunicaciones del programa.
- Manejo directo de herramientas de comunicación como SFMC,SMS,E-MAIL,NEWSLETTERS,ETC.
- Análisis y medición de resultados de las acciones de comunicación en términos de GMV, Revenue incremental, activación, ROI.
- Generación de estrategias para mejorar el performance a través de modelos analíticos.
- Creación de insides para el equipo buscando mejorar indicadores del programa.
- Generación de data y feedback para la construcción de modelos.
