**Requirements?**
- Market Compilation and Maintenance: Compile and maintain pre-match football betting markets, ensuring all odds are competitive and reflect the current state of the sport.
- Risk Monitoring and Management: Monitor and analyse betting patterns and market liabilities to manage risk effectively.
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of football matches, teams, players, and other influencing factors to inform market creation and adjustments.
- Odds Setting and Adjustment: Set and adjust odds based on market movements, team news, injuries, weather conditions, and other relevant factors.
- Shift and Weekend Work: Operate on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays, to ensure market coverage and timely response to developments.
- Customer Insights: Monitor customer behaviour and feedback to identify trends and improve market offerings.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other traders, analysts, and the risk management team to share insights and strategies.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on market performance, risk exposure, and other key metrics for management review.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with industry trends, internal tools updates, and best practices to continuously improve trading performance and efficiency.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Experience: Proven experience as a sports trader, ideally with a focus on football, in the i-gaming industry will be preferred.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and mathematical skills with the ability to interpret data quickly and accurately.
- Football Knowledge: Deep understanding of football leagues, teams, players, and statistical analysis.
- Technology Proficiency: Proficient in using trading software, data analysis tools, and other relevant technology.
- Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and accuracy in market compilation and risk assessment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly in English.

**ADAPTABILITY**:

- Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and adapt to changing market conditions.
- Team Player: Strong team collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment.
- Education: A degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
