**Objective**

**Maintain control of Accounts Payable to third parties in the Andean Region. Ensure that payments are made under the terms previously negotiated. Ensure the square between local and corporate books. Promote the simplification of the process that guarantees greater effectiveness to the transactional volume generated by the accounting of the invoices. Coordinate the activities, liquidation processes and Payroll payments to employees, retirees, operators of the Andean Region, according to the salaries and benefits established and approved by the Human Resources area, guarantee the implementation of local labor laws prior validation with the Human Resources area. Control and monitoring of employee expense accounts according to established policies.**

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- ** Ensure that the account payable is maintained in accordance with the objectives established to achieve the objective of Working Capital**
- ** Seek alternatives to increase the payment terms to suppliers in conjunction with the Purchasing area**
- ** Weekly meetings with CBS P2P to monitor the age of unvouchered accounts, final accounts payable, transit inventory and taking actions. Monitoring of opportunities in the processes and feedback**
- ** Review and approve monthly COA / PUC reconciliations of the account payable (Andean)**
- ** Review weekly employee payroll, monthly employee payroll (Co / Ec / Pe / Bo)**
- ** Monthly meetings with Payroll Team to identify opportunities for improvements, simplifications and process control**
- ** Approve advances to suppliers according to previous negotiations by the Purchasing Department**
- ** Weekly follow-up meetings with local accounts payable team, to identify opportunities for improvements, simplifications and control of the expense account processes used, customer tip invoices.**
- ** Randomly validate expense accounts to be reimbursed randomly, comply with policies and procedures**
- ** Review and analyze the age of the accounts of accounts of expenses accounts, credit cards advances, accounts payable and accounts receivable to employees**
- ** Perform reviews and approvals of SOX processes**
- ** Update and Review every 6 months the policies and procedures of the processes with suppliers, factoring, Expense Accounts, etc.**
- ** Participate actively in simplification and improvement projects**

**What do you need for the Position?**
- ** Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineer, Economy or similar**
- ** Minimum 5 Years of relevant finance experience**:

- ** Upper intermediate English**

**Nice to have**:

- ** Knowledge and experience in payroll system Cactus (desirable)**
