**A Day in the Life**
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
- Receive and process data requests in required timeframes
- Perform audits on incoming requests
- Investigate customer problems
- Collaborate with field staff or customers to evaluate or diagnose problems and recommend possible solutions.
- Partner with IT for system issues and resolution
- Design test plans, scenarios, and scripts
- Document, track, and report software defects
- Monitor bug resolution efforts and track successes
- Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems.
- Partner with Marketing partners on project updates & deadlines
- Maintain up-to-date departmental policies & procedures
- Collaborates cross-functionally to execute tasks in a timely manner
- Works individually or with a team in recommending action and managing projects to completion
- Perform various projects as assigned
- Identifies, defines and addresses problems that are not immediately evident
- Gathers, collects, records, tracks and verifies data and information from multiple sources
- May design processes to enhance workflow
- Provides data and information to others on functional unit processes and procedures.
- Provides project or program support to a functional group or business process.
- Monitors program/project/system status, budgets, and timetables.
- Applies knowledge of and experience in company operations to assist in the development, implementation and administration of program/system guidelines and procedures.
- Gathers and compiles information for reports.
- Provides technical support, which may include program/system training, program/system documentation, data extraction, data review, tracking and coding.

**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**
- Bachelor’s Degree in administrative areas.
- Fluent english level.
- 1 or 2 years of related experience administrative support, functional roles, backoffice, customer service and technical support.
- Strong teamplayer.
- Excellent organizational skills required with ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Able to manage time and complete multiple projects independently and proactively.
- Must maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Must exhibit a professional demeanor and be able to establish relationships.
- Ability to handle difficult situations.
- Demonstrated organizational skills and detail oriented.
- Good knowledge with MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

**Nice to Have**
- Medical Device Industry experience.
- Familiarity with reporting and analytical experience.
- SAP knowledge.
- Excellent organization and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
- Strong relationship building, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with reporting and analytical experience.
