**About the Unit**:
At this moment, we are now looking for a sourcing Negotiator in the Micronutriens specialties and Fertigation, its main goal is the secure timely, lowest cost of supply, right quality raw materials to meet BULA’s demand forecast working closly together with planning and logistics teams.

**Responsibilities**:

- Implement effective supply solutions that minimize net costs and maximize delivery timelines. This involves consolidating and leveraging our network of suppliers to ensure a synchronized and efficient supply chain, resulting in operational efficiency for Yara.
- Negotiate frame agreements for essential raw materials critical to our plant operations and market needs. Aim for agreements that offer the utmost reliability in supply while securing favorable commercial terms. (Micronutriens specialties and fertigation)
- Focusing on key relations, establish long-term partnerships with suppliers, ensuring a stable and cost-effective supply chain for continuous operational excellence and market competitiveness.
- Collecting market intelligence, benchmark reports, and KPIs.
- Foster strategic relationships with regional importers to improve our supply and trade position, strengthening our market presence and overall performance.
- Optimize the utilization of contract rebates by allocating them to the most advantageous supplier options.
- Maintain IDD process aligned with active or potential business partners.
- Reporting and process optimization within the area.

**Profile**:
Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Foreign trade or other relevant field. Preferably Masters or other post-graduation course in Business/Logistics management is a relevant plus.

Minimum 3-5 years of business information analysis, commercial, procurement, supply chain, foreign trade, chartering, operations and logistics experience.

**Knowledge and skills**:

- Commercial mindset with negotiating and contracting skills
- Ability to ensure procurement activities align with regulatory standards.
- Ability to execute market research, business analysis and benefit tracking.
- Ability to present information clearly and persuasively.
- Analytical thinking, strategic problem-solving capabilities and result oriented mindset.
- Effective communication and collaborative skills.
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- High integrity and ethical standards
- Experience with using key tools for quantitative tools for business analysis and data visualization, e.g., Microsoft Excel, Power BI/or a strong interest / ability in learning
- Fluent written and spoken English, additional languages are a asset
