**Mission**: direct, control, supervise and communicate the different phases of the organization's project management process with the aim of establishing a correct development of the projects, keeping the corporate tools and others updated with leadership, communication and objectivity skills.
We are looking to incorporate a **Project Manager** who will manage projects from initiation, through delivery, to completion.
**Responsibilities**
- Managing IT projects with personal accountability for delivering to time and cost for medium projects
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to complete distinct projects on time and within budget.
**Knowledge and skills**:
- Experience in delivery that includes the use of supplier and off-shore resources
- Proven expertise managing projects related to Microsoft technologies cloud or onpremises, but not limited to them.
- Management skills to manage one or more large, complex Work stream simultaneously.
- IT background with experience across the system's development life cycle with experience in all project phases plan, initiate, elaborate, design, build, test, implement.
- Strong team working skills across matrixed client, supplier and geographically dispersed virtual teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (includes negotiation)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English must be able to communicate fluently both verbally and in writing
- Leader in the use of IT methodologies, processes and standards for project management
- Team management skills.
**Requirements**:
- Experience: Similar work experience, at least for 2 years
- Languages: English Basic.
