**Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to**:

- Track and trace loads and update their status in the system.
- Dispatch.
- Data entry.

**Minimum requirements**

- Experience in customer service or excellent attitude.

**Minimum requirements**:

- **Studies**: High School Diploma or bachelor's degree in international business, business administration, or logistics related.
- **Experience**: at least 6 months of experience in customer service or related fields.
- **Language**: Advanced English skills. B2+ or C1 preferred.

- **Schedule**:Monday to Friday from 4 pm to 2 am. (We work by the American calendar)
- **Contract**: Indefinite term contract + Benefits.
- **Places**: Only for Medellin.
- **Salary**: 2.500.000 cop + night surcharge.
