**Summary**:
This individual is an integral member of Client Marketing Analytics & Planning Team. The role is charged with delivering compelling and actionable insights on Digital Marketing Channels performance.
The incumbent will build relationships and support Digital Marketing Channel owners in identifying key business questions, executing learning plans, and translating data into impactful insights and recommendations.
The individual will possess a solid understanding of key digital business drivers and the ability to identify and establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) tied to business outcomes. She/he will need to prepare, interpret, and present relevant findings to the Marketing/ Sales Leadership Team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Build relationships and influence key stakeholders across Digital Marketing Channel ownership using top quality insights.
- Establish an optimal way to present actionable data and recommendations for future execution.
- Drive the execution of campaign performance reports to provide key learnings and feedback (trends, patterns, irregularity).
- Recommend spending optimizations based on data and KPI reports.
- Analyze performance, identify areas to optimize, and recommend testing where appropriate.
- Implement and promote analytics best practices and a cohesive, standardized approach.
- Continue to evolve and upgrade the team’s technical skills through a combination of SQL, Excel, and other tools.
- Contribute to a culture of innovation by finding new and better ways of doing things.
- Conduct market research and analysis.
- Implement social media marketing campaigns.
- Analyze social media marketing campaigns.
- Delivered through user research, market research, marketing data mining, competitive research, and industry reports.
- Implement social media marketing strategies.
- Perform extensive market research and build market analysis presentations.
- Develop market intelligence through market and industry research.
- Designing primary market research studies.
- Performing market analysis and research on competition.
- Performing other market research tasks.
- Conducting data-driven research and analysis.
- Perform analysis of marketing and sales data.
- Developing and analyzing market research.
- Developing innovative market research methods.
- Conduct research and competitive analysis.
- Manage the annual marketing research budget.
- Doing secondary research/data collection.
- Utilize analysis-marketing tools to query data.
**Requirements**:
- A bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing or Digital Marketing
- 0-3 years of relevant experience
- Must have knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva
- Must have Business acumen
- Must have effective communication skills
- Experience influencing stakeholders
- Must be a self-starter
- Team player
