**Responsibilities**:
- Catalog Management:Manage a catalog of over 5000 SKUs with parent-child variation relationships.
Ensure expert understanding of marketplace catalog data, including product images and dangerous goods Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
- Sales Growth Strategy:Manage and optimize both FBA and FBM operations.
Develop strategies to grow FBA business and drive revenue above $1 million.
Create and execute plans for brand store development, A+ content, SEO optimization, video content, and Amazon social media presence.
- Sales Analysis and Recommendations:Generate sales reports, analyze data, and formulate strategies for continued growth.
Identify opportunities for expanding our product offerings and make recommendations for adding new products to the marketplaces.
- Customer Relationship Management:Manage reviews and customer interactions to maintain 4+ star ratings for product listings.
Develop strategies for consistently increasing reviews and positive customer feedback.
Report customer feedback on product quality and services to management and drive change and improvement.
- PPC Advertising:Manage PPC campaigns on both Amazon and Walmart to accelerate growth and outperform competitors.
Optimize PPC campaigns for a profitable Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and Advertising Cost of Sales (ACOS).
Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing Amazon and Walmart marketplaces, with a primary focus on Amazon.
- Demonstrated success in managing e-commerce stores that drive over $1 million in revenue.
- Expert understanding of marketplace catalog data, product images, and experience with dangerous goods SDS.
- Strong familiarity with Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) operations and strategies for FBA growth.
- Proficiency in brand store creation, A+ content development, SEO optimization, video content, and social media management on Amazon.
- Experience in generating and analyzing sales reports to drive data-driven strategies.
- Proficient in PPC advertising on Amazon and Walmart, with a track record of achieving profitable ROAS and ACOS.
- Strong communication and customer relationship management skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to drive growth through innovative approaches.
Pay: $1,267,963 - $8,026,425 per month
