**What are we looking for?**:
**Desired Skills & Experience**:

- Bachelor's or higher degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or Logistics.
- 12 to 15 years of experience in JDA Warehouse Management System solution (Discrete).
- Strong domain knowledge in JDA WMS solution with an understanding of how JDA solutions can be configured and delivered to facilitate customer business processes effectively.
- Extensive experience in constructing an overall Architecture for current and future business needs.
- Strong expertise in MOCA Components, MTF, DDA/Pagebuilder, Reports, and labels.
- Strong experience in the integration of JDA WMS with a variety of host and destination systems using JDA Integrator/Connect.
- Experience in developing, modifying interfaces, tracing, and troubleshooting.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Actively participate in Solution Design workshops.
- Approve Solution Design and validate the configured Solution.
- Validate Test concepts/scenarios.
- Serve as the JDA WMS solution expert for transformational projects/programs.
- Contribute significantly to Change Management efforts for global or regional program implementations.
- Provide input to the Global Technology Strategy, serving the Governance Board and ensuring timely strategic decisions.
- Prepare and deliver presentations for user, management, and executive level audiences.
- Provide advice to customers regarding industry best practices and Process Methodology.
- Demonstrate and facilitate Design, Development, Integration Discussions of product functionality and product architecture.
- Lead pro-active search for areas of process improvement and ensure connectivity to customers in this respect.
- Interact with Business, Service Delivery, and Service Providers in decision-making processes regarding new solutions.
- Proactively involve in the Global Technology growth and improvement in processes and service delivery.
- Convert business requirements into technical terms for the development team, perform detailed design, obtain design acceptance from business stakeholders and reviewers, develop detailed designs including functional specifications.
- Conduct/lead business process analysis or design, construction, validation, and deployment phases of the project.
