Salesforce Integration Lead Engineer

What does a business need to get head and shoulders above the competition? This is the key question you´ll have to answer in this role. You will do a deep dive of our customer’s Salesforce arquitecture, and find and develop the right optimizations required to ensure the highest level of performance, and gives our clients the edge over the rest.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Review architecture and propose improvements, work closely with other Technical Leadership, Solution Architects/Designers to ensure consistency and quality of solutions and knowledge sharing
- Review and prepare technical documentation
- Development on the Salesforce core platform and Experience Cloud (Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS development experience)
- Declarative configuration on the Salesforce core platform and Experience Cloud (flows, process builder, workflows, profiles & permission sets, object and field creation, page layouts, lightning pages)
- Web Services development and experience with the Salesforce API (REST/SOAP/Bulk, etc.) to connect to Informatica Cloud and other systems within the landscape
- Mentor other team members

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Strong understanding of the core Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud)
- Strong knowledge and experience of Salesforce development, configuration, and administration capabilities
- Hands-on Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS development experience
- Web Services development or experience with the Salesforce API (REST/SOAP/Bulk, etc.)
- Knowledge of data integration tools and experience integrating Salesforce with different business systems (ETL, CPQ, marketing automation, reporting, etc.)
- Strong understanding of environment management, org strategy, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies
- Good client-facing writing, presentation, and verbal communication skills
- Active Salesforce Developer certifications are preferred
- Experience on Informatica Cloud
