**Role Purpose**

Contribuir al cumplimiento de las metas del departamento, sucursal y corporación relativas a utilidad, crecimiento, relaciones con los productores y con clientes de un nível de complejidad bajo.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Estudiar, entender y cumplir con los lineamientos y sistemas corporativos.
- Evaluar, aceptar o declinar Negocios nuevos, renovaciones y endosos, dentro del alcance de su autoridad y de acuerdo con los lineamientos de la Línea.
- Referir riesgos que estén fuera de su autoridad y presentarlos al nível adecuado.
- Iniciar proceso de emisión de documentos y su validación final.
- Realizar los escalamientos correspondientes de acuerdo con su nível de autoridad para la gestión de su portafolio.
- Contactar y retroalimentar a los canales de distribución frente al negocio que suscribe, de acuerdo a su alcance y lineamiento acordados por su líder.
- Realizar otras responsabilidades relacionadas con su rol y/o aquellos proyectos delegados por su líder.

**Experience**

1 a 2 años de experiência en el Sector Asegurador.

**Requirements**:

- Título universitario en Carreras afín a la Línea de negocio: Ingeniería, Economía, Derecho, Actuaría, Administración.
- Inglés: Avanzado. Español / Portugués: Nativo
- Competencias requeridas: Lógica de procesos, Comunicación, Trabajo en equipo, Relaciones interpersonales, Trabajo bajo presión, Resiliencia e Influencia.
