- What you will be doing
- Under the supervision of the Depot Pharmacist, takes part in the operations ensuring the quality and integrity of all the processes related to stored material: reception, storage, shipment, return and/or destruction, according to SOPs or any other required standards. Under the supervision and reporting to a Depot Pharmacist is responsible for signing off processes and releasing shipment for distribution.

- Verifies and signs operation jobs under the supervision of a Depot Pharmacist. (Verifica y firma trabajos de operación (Jobs) bajo la supervisión de un farmacéutico del depósito.)
- Releases shipments for distribution under the supervision of a Depot Pharmacist. (Libera embarques para su distribución bajo la supervisión de un farmacéutico del depósito.)
- Have deep knowledge of all the protocols stored at WC Depot in order to provide instructions to all the Depot Staff. (Tiene conocimiento profundo de todos los protocolos almacenados en el depósito de WC con el fin de proporcionar instrucciones a todo el personal del depósito.)
- Act as Deputy Depot Pharmacist whenever required, supporting depot operational activities, as applicable, based on the local legislation. - Fulfill all the legal regulatory requirements, set forth by the Country Ministry of Health. (Cumplir con todos los requisitos reglamentarios, legales establecidos por el Ministerio de Salud del país.)
- Maintain and assure compliance with applicable ICH, GMP, GCP, GDP and FDA Good Clinical Practices, local regulatory affairs, legal requirements, and World Courier Internal Guidelines (or any other so required). - Comply with World Courier Standard Operating Procedures, which contain all specific instructions to develop the Depot daily activities, from the moment of reception of the products until the shipment/ delivery of the products to the sites.(Cumplir con los Procedimientos Operativos Estándar (POE) de World Courier, que contienen todas las instrucciones específicas para desarrollar las actividades diarias del depósito, desde el momento de recepción de los productos hasta el embarque / entrega de los productos a los sitios.)
- Perform periodic Depot Self-Inspections as required, to assure everything at the Facility is working as established in WC SOPs.(Realizar auto-inspecciones periódica según sea necesario, para asegurar que todo en la Instalación está trabajando según lo establecido en los POE WC.)
- Identify and report possible problems arising from personnel management that may be against working schedule. (Identificar y reportar posibles problemas derivados de la gestión de personal que pueda contraponerse con la programación de trabajo.)
- Perform any other duties the employee has been trained for. (Realizar cualquier otra tarea para la cual el empleado ha sido entrenado.)
- Performs related duties as assigned. (Llevar a cabo tareas relacionadas según se asignen).
What your background should look like
A diploma and/ or required training in pharmaceutical service is required for this position, whenever local regulation is allowing this associate to perform the mentioned activities. (Se requiere un diploma y/o formación requerida en el servicio farmacéutico para esta posición, siempre que la regulación local está permita que esté asociado lleve a cabo las actividades mencionadas.)
- Preferred: Pharmacy Technician, related. (Deseable: Técnico en farmacología, farmacia y droguería, afines)
