Continuously propose and lead valuable solutions or alternatives in the service and cost of the logistics network, guaranteeing compliance with the economic, service, quality, EHS and operational objectives in each of the optimized processes.
2. Lead and ensure correct implementation of the bidding processes associated with Transportation (National-International) and storage services with the support of the Purchasing Process.
3. Prepare and present the analysis of the monthly reports on the results of the operation, giving explanations to the deviations in the KPIs and proposing and implementing the respective action plans.
4. Be the communication channel between the Service Center, the Storage operation, the Distribution operations and other internal and external clients, guaranteeing the correct balance between cost and service.
5. Define and execute the budget for the cost centers for which you are responsible.
6. Lead and manage internal audit program of distribution and storage processes. Lead the receipt of external audits and coordination within the team to ensure zero non-compliance.
7. Guarantee compliance and updating of the Corporate Policies (SOPs) applicable to the distribution and storage area.
8. Support the Supply Chain MIP program through improvement ideas.
