Dynamics of the Role
As part of the Enterprise Compliance - Program Management Office, this Analyst position will support the development, continuous improvement and implementation of TransUnion’s Business Resilience Program. Under guidance of the Manager, Business Resilience you will lead a variety of program elements that assist TransUnion with identifying, mitigating and managing risks and preparing plans to improve TransUnion’s resilience.
The Team’s Focus
As the Enterprise Compliance - Program Management Office, we are responsible for the creation, implementation and execution of global programs, policies and procedures that provide support to TransUnion’s compliance initiatives. Our team members maintain strong partnerships with TransUnion businesses to extend the reach and impact of our programs. Team members are strong problem-solvers, effective communicators, and proven project managers. We enable personal development and recognition for good work.

**What You’ll Do**
**Program Execution & Development**
- Serve as “coordinator” of large cross-functional or global responses to issues that threaten TransUnion’s resilience. This will include typical project management tasks including but not limited to
- communicating with issue stakeholders, scheduling meetings, interacting with the issue management system, maintaining accurate and timely issue status and reporting to leadership teams.
- With guidance, support all aspects of the global business resilience program, including implementation of processes, tools and systems to identify, assess, measure and manage the resilience of critical TransUnion business processes.
- Collaborate with other risk control functions (Operational Risk, Global Audit, Regulatory Exam Management, etc.) to maintain a common risk management language along with coordinated common processes and standards related to business resilience.
- Write and revise program documentation such as policies, standards, procedures and guidelines.
- As directed, enhance program processes, systems, tools, templates and job aides.
- Develop training materials and train stakeholders on program elements and systems.
- Collaborate with employees at all levels across the company to ensure global integration and implementation of program activities.
- Support ad hoc projects with oversight from manager.
- Must balance growing workload, competing demands and demonstrate ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks.
- Keep up to date on emerging business resiliency trends, new methods and best practices.
**Communication & Writing Skills**
- Ensure development and distribution of guidance to global partners related to:
- Using tools and processes that support the program,
- Performing after action reviews,
- Conducting business resilience exercises,
- Documenting and communicating program initiatives, and
- Monitoring completion of program requirements.
- Prepare summaries, reports and metrics for management, auditors, regulators and executive leadership,
- Develop and maintain detailed procedural documentation and training materials in support of program continuity and growth,
- Prepare clearly written documentation for internal and external distribution, and
- Organize and facilitate virtual and in-person meetings with employees at all levels across the company in both large and small group settings.
**Systems and Data**
- Utilize Fusion for generating ongoing and proactive reporting of program KPIs to leadership and for generating ad hoc reports/data, as requested.
- Facilitate large and small group training on basic use of system.
- Identify opportunities to enhance business resilience processes with Fusion customizations, with goal of streamlining processes, reporting and improving the user experience.
**Teamwork**
- Must collaborate effectively with a variety of levels and business units within the TransUnion organization.
- Ensure that knowledge gained from efforts is documented, disseminated and understood

- This analyst level position requires 2 years of practical experience in business continuity, compliance, risk management, issue/incident management, or project management.
- Requires a bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Must be deadline-oriented; attention to detail, conscientiousness and accuracy are necessary for success in this role and program.
- Demonstrated ability to execute routine work independently and to provide quality deliverables on deadline.
- Commitment to personal development, including an ability to learn quickly and adapt to business needs/priorities as needed.
- Must be able to independently perform program’s operational tasks and demonstrate judgement around when to escalate issues.
- Professional working proficiency in Spanish and English
