What can you expect in a "Business Intelligence Analyst" role with TaskUs:
Job Responsibilities:

- Design performance efficient, impactful reports and visualizations for business and technical audiences.
- Receives, inspects, validates, transforms, cleans, and loads data received in a variety of formats (e.g., Excel, CVS, Amazon Redshift, API Connections, Web Connectors) from multiple sources.
- Work with Data Engineers to automate data pipelines for medium to large scale projects.
- Own data inputs and outputs into our platform. Serve as the expert on integrating customer data into our platform, with an in-depth understanding of our data requirements.
- Create visuals based on the data managers design.
- Send internal reports of relevant information weekly to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

- Programming background preferably in Python, R, SQL.
- At least 2 year of exposure to ETL, databases / data warehouse that relates to developing reports using Power BI.
- Strong understanding of M-Query, DAX (Data Analysis Expression).
- Ability to work with large amounts of information and see the 'bigger picture'.
- Exploratory data analysis and data visualization
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work independently on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Critical thinking.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Must be at a C1 English level in verbal and written communication to be considered for this role. Must upload a resume in English for consideration.
- Experience working with sensitive data and holding high confidentiality.
- Time management skills to be able to carry out multiple tasks in an appropriate amount of time.

Preferred Qualifications:

- An MS or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Information Science or related field.
- Experience with behavioral data analysis, designing surveys and experimental research, and analyzing large datasets using appropriate statistical methods.

Education / Certifications:

- Bachelor's of Science in Computer Science, Information Science or related field.

Work Location / Work Schedule / Travel:

- Remote
- Occasional travel may be required for meetings, conferences, or client engagements, as per business needs.
