Accountant Payable Analyst

**Role Summary**:
As an Accounts Payable Analyst, you will analyze financial information and prepare financial reports to determine or maintain a record of assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liabilities or other financial activities within an organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Actively participate in assigned accounting and month-end close processes under US-GAAP.
- Perform accounting activities with the team.
- Reporting: will provide daily and monthly reports and assist fellow General Accounting team members.
- Perform month-end closings, general ledger account analysis and balance sheet account reconciliations, prepare SOX controls.
- Ongoing contact with vendors and customers regarding fixed assets.
- Assist in the resolution of any issues that may affect the timely month end close.
- And other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Technician, technologist and/or professional in accounting, finance or business administration. and 3 to 5 years of experience in the position.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders.
- Confident user of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge and experience in the use of ERP systems.
- Eager to establish positive relationships
- Strong analytical, research and problem solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Flexibility and ability to deal with process changes.

**Preferred Skills**:
Verbal and written communication skills in English.
