We are looking for a Bilingual Dispatcher (No sales / No Call center)|| Day Shift Available || (**Onsite Job in Poblado - Medellín**)

**Responsabilities and Duties**:

- Book loads for assigned OTR Truck drivers.
- Track and trace loads.
- Upload paperwork in the TMS (POD / BOL).
- Maintain fluid communication with the drivers and customers
- Call vendors and warehouses to schedule delivery appointments.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent English (B2+ / C1)
- Proactive and willing to learn.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Experience as a Truck Dispatcher (Minimum 1 Year).
- Prior experience with Samsara is a plus.

**You’ll receive**:

- Indefinite type of contract.
- Monday-Friday schedule (U.S. Calendar).

- Salary starts at $2'500'000 + Performance bonuses
