**MISSIONS**:
Leading the execution of the supplier contract, according to its cost, within the prescribed period, with functionality and meeting established specification.

**Key Responsibilities**

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited, to the following:

- **Transfer from tender to Project Execution**:Together with the procurement team, definition of Project objectives and main drivers within the frame of the Contract
- **Project Execution**:Strategic leadership to assure contract delivery, according to its cost, prescribed period, technical functionality, and established specifications of Quality and EHS.
- **Financial Management**:Budget control, comprising payments, Costs Incurred, Bonds and related forecasts. Control and approval of subcontractors’ payment requests.
- **Stakeholder Management**:Both, internal and external with customer, subcontractor and company´s internal entities to assure alignment towards project/ goals.
- **HR Management**:Team leading, guidance and mentoring to assure development of the technical project team. Develop the objectives/goals of each and assign individual responsibilities.
- **Scheduling**:Project milestones follow-up and fulfillment of contract deadlines.
- **Requirement Management**:Assuring fulfillment of technical and non-technical requirements.
- **Contract and Claim Management**:Negotiation and preparation of Variation Orders and contract amendments.
- **Risk and Opportunity Management**:Detecting and assessing project-related risks and opportunities and, where applicable, developing suggestions to minimize risks and use opportunities.
- **Reporting**: Project Status Reviews with key stakeholders on related project KPIs.

**In addition, during project construction phase**
- Carrying out requests to the Client, Technical Assistance and/or the operator for the installation, commissioning, or other needs
- Management and coordination of the site supervisors, in terms of the work carried out, quality control and respective measures to certify the work.
- Control and data collection of the final situation of the installations.
- Monitor site works and progress of the construction activities on a regular basis and hold regular status meetings with the Owner and subcontractors. Ensure that construction activities move according to pre-determined schedule.
- Lead and communicate with all team members, subcontractors, and vendors to help them maintain the project schedule.

**PROFILE**:

- Bachelor or higher-level qualifications in a relevant/related Engineering discipline or Systems Engineering is essential.
- 10-15 years’ experience in a Rail Signaling, or Control Systems / Traffic Management Systems, or modern Train Control technologies (e.g., ETCS, CBTC).
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills at all levels.
- Successful relevant experience in a complex project environment including demonstrable experience in team management, planning, contracting and delivery of projects.
- Proven project delivery skills (achieving prescribed budget, timeframe, and client requirements)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively within a diverse, multi-disciplinary, cross-organizational, and international environment.
- Skills in managing competing priorities and working under pressure.
