- Follow up on all outstanding potential leads daily.

- Ensuring a proper English spoken and written representing well the company.

**REQUIREMENTS of our Agents**:

- Advanced English (Be able to maintain a fluent conversation in English).
- Maintain an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude daily.
- **There's lots of REJECTION and OBJECTIONS, so you must be able to SHAKE IT OFF.**:

- Meet goals and objectives as established daily, weekly, monthly.
- Strong communication, time management, organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills and ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technology systems.
- To be teachable and willing to contribute with the company's growth.
