**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**
- Oversee multiple reporting & analysis tracks with multiple clients/brands.
- Manage a team to analyze website data, deliver day-to-day reporting & analysis, uncover meaningful performance insights, recommend optimization opportunities, and design and execute statistical optimization (A/B) tests.
- Data sets include clickstream, heatmaps, user session recordings/replays, user surveys, and client backend data.
- Analyses typically look at overall trends and may focus on website engagement, e.g. content, pathing, UX, customer journey or sales funnel conversion.
- Tools may include Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Data Studio, BigQuery, Crazy Egg or Hotjar, Adobe Target, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, PowerPoint, JIRA and Confluence, or similar.
- Partner with paid media and owned channel (CRM, website content) teams to understand strategy and discern the effects on website performance.
- Partner with client contacts and internal stakeholders to understand client goals and targets, articulate and prioritize analytical needs, package and present deliverables in a clear, easy-to-understand fashion, and identify opportunities to mature the analytics practice.
- Clearly define project deliverables, timelines, dependencies and tasks for junior team members, internal stakeholders and clients.
- Support the development of measurement strategies, learning agendas and analytics maturity roadmaps with input from senior team members and internal stakeholders.

- 5-8 years of work experience in a quantitative business environment.
- +3 years in website analytics, adjacent roles like marketing/digital media analytics, or in a client-focused role like business consulting or in a marketing services firm.
- +2 years Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics experience.
- 1-2 years leadership experience and/or successful end-to-end delivery of analytics projects preferred.
- Strong communication and client service skills, organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to independently lead alongside comfort working in and contributing to a team-based environment; experience with Scrum/Agile preferred.
- Intellectually curious, resilient, and proactive nature.
- Fluent in English and highly proficient/native speaker in Spanish.
- Experience with multiple of these areas preferred: implementation of website tagging/tag management systems, SQL querying, paid or owned (online and offline) advertising campaign performance, website design/customer experience or usability.
- Experience with any of these tools preferred: R, Python, Jupyter notebooks, Google Marketing Platform (SA360, DV360, Campaign Manager, Google Ads), Salesforce, MS Dynamics, Snowflake, or similar.
- Experience with Automotive vertical preferred.
