**Descripción de la posición**:

**Responsabilidades**:

- Realizar llamadas outbound para gestionar cuentas pendientes.
- Negociar y establecer acuerdos de pago con los clientes.
- Seguir políticas y procedimientos de cobranza establecidos por la empresa.
- Mantener registros precisos y detallados.
- Proporcionar asesoramiento sobre opciones de pago y plazos.
- Manejar consultas y resolver problemas de los clientes de manera efectiva.
- Actualizar información de cuentas en el sistema sobre la información de clientes.
- Colaborar con otros departamentos para resolver problemas y mejorar procesos.
- Cumplir con objetivos mensuales en temas de alcance de métricas.
- Mantener la confidencialidad de la información del cliente.
- Brindar un servicio al cliente de alta calidad durante las interacciones telefónicas.

**Requisitos INDISPENSABLES**
- Nível de inglés avanzado (B2 en adelante).
- Atención al detalle.
- Experiência mínima de 6 meses como Collector (minimo 6 meses de Experiência Como COLLECTOR) DEJARLO SUPER CLARO EN EL CV Y VIDEO
- Excelente actitud y ambición por alcanzar buenas comisiones.
