**Main responsibilities**
- Conducting necessary reviews, analysis of the client’s supply chain processes, and consulting with the client and project team according to ensure the project’s success.
- Provide expertise in some / all the following D365 modules: sales ledger, purchase ledger, Inventory and warehouse management, master planning, product and information management, production control, quality control, advanced warehouse management, transportation management, data migration framework, and DevOps.
- Demonstrate and enhance supply chain management concepts and research techniques, to exercise discretion and make judgments on how to configure the system.
- Responsible for documenting the business requirements which express what actions a solution must take and what outcome is expected.
- Collaborates with stakeholders throughout the organization to ensure a comprehensive set of requirements, aligned to business objectives, gaining a full understanding of current and future state business processes.
- Collaborate, manage, and lead meetings with functional/technical consultants and client/end-users.
- Liaise with product vendors on any issues relevant to our customers or the company’s services.
- End to End management coordination of the project and responsible for the successful completion of the project within a stipulated budget.
- Ensure that the technical aspects of projects meet required standards for functionality, operability, and documentation.
- Ensure timesheets are entered and processed accurately and responsible for invoicing in relation to projects.
- Work with project managers and team leaders to cater to resource changes across projects.
- Assist with any other necessary task as required.
- Production support as required.
- Ongoing commitment to continuous professional development; completing relevant certifications/development in a timely manner when necessary.
- Carry out additional, reasonable duties as may occur from time to time as instructed by your manager or members of senior management.

**Skills and experience**
- Required:_
- Strong English business writing and verbal communication skills.
- 7+ years of experience developing functional specifications for Dynamics D365 F&O enhancements and integrations. Will also consider AX2012.
- 7+ years of experience with setup, configuration, implementation, integration, and testing D365 F&O solutions using best practices implementation methodology and/or Microsoft Sure Step methodology. Will also consider AX2012.
- Experience with enterprise resource planning systems using Manufacturing or Trade/Logistics modules.
- Experience leading large complex technology projects.
- Highly confident in providing support and training to users.
- Business intelligence understanding including Reporting and Analytics.
- Places emphasis on client satisfaction; business analysis; client-facing skills.
- Focused on results.
- Customer-centric approach and great communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and be challenged.
- Ability to work collaboratively.
- Bachelor or advanced degree.
- Desired:_
- Relevant Microsoft certifications.
- Project Management certification.
