Dispatcher Bilingue

The position:
In this role, you will be paired with truck drivers in the U.S. You will:

- Be responsible for timely sourcing and negotiating of freight shipments in an effort to keep your trucks loaded and rolling
- Provide updates for your drivers to the supply chain
- Create and maintain a healthy and professional relationship with your accounts and foster our moto of 'Let's Work Together
- Offer guidance to contracted drivers on the best ways to maximize their earnings, while delivering a high level of customer service
- Maintain and update all necessary documents in order to upload invoices to factoring company

- Have English and Spanish proficiency (level C1): Strong communication both written and verbal
- Communicate with freight brokers, providing exceptional customer service
- Are motivated to help your accounts achieve growth and ongoing success
- Have previous experience managing tractor-trailer drivers
- Are able to work well under pressure
- Are able to multitask efficiently
- Have a professional attitude and team mindset
- Are able to handle emergencies - to stay calm and make effective decisions quickly.
- Have basic knowledge of Google suite, Excel, and Word.
- Have experience with DAT, C.H. Robinson, Uber Freight, and/or other load boards

Here is what you can expect when you join our team:

- Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. (We work by the American calendar)
- Contract: Indefinite term contract + Benefits
- Location: (This position will be 100% remote)
- Salary: $2.400.000 cop / plus your legal benefits

**Salary**: $2,400,000 per month
