**Overview**
Quorum Software is seeking a System Specialist to join the team and assist in global IT operations. They will be expected to be the first line of response to all tickets, to identify issues, and to support over 1600 internal corporate users both in-person and remotely.
**Responsibilities**
- Resolve L1 escalated incident & service requests from the Freshservice ticketing system
- Assist L1 team with general ticket queue workloads
- Identify systemic problems and devise permanent solutions
- Provide local facility and user support
- Provide training to both support staff and end users (i.e. knowledge transfers, lunch & learn, etc.)
- Assist in the planning and execution of complex projects and implementations
- Supply general administrative support within Office 365, Azure, Intune, and SCCM
- Support virtualization solutions (Hyper-V, VMware, VDI)
- Troubleshoot user laptop and peripheral issues
- Resolve wifi and network connectivity challenges
- Assist in policy management (conditional access, GPO, Endpoint Management, etc.)
- Create task and process automation
- Create technical documentation
- Vendor and inventory management
- Provide on-call support as needed
- Address other duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
- 5+ years of System Administration experience in a fast paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or similar
- Proficient with workload management through a ticketing system (Fresh Service)
- Proficient in O365 administration (navigate through licensing, mail tracing, dynamic distribution creation, etc.)
- Proficient in Active Directory management (adding and deleting users, OU creation and structuring, attribute editing, etc.)
- Break-fix troubleshooting experience (Lenovo/Dell workstations)
- Intermediate experience with Citrix VDI, VMWare, and Hyper-V
- Experience managing Microsoft Intune, SCCM, MEM
- Experience with Microsoft Server ecosystem (2008 - 2019: AD/DNS/DHCP/GPO/CA/DSFR/Other)
- Experience with Azure Active Directory
- Experienced with Windows Admin Center
- Experienced with Powershell, Scripting and APIs
- Customer service driven with excellent communication skills, critical thinking, and the ability to work alongside a team
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
