**Mission**:
The fraud supervisor is in charge of fraud detection to avoid possible customer fraud. leads cross
- functional initiatives to proactively detect and prevent fraud from happening. researches new tools, market targets and proceses fraud impact timely in Tiendamia accounting records.

**Your challenges**:

- Ensure fraud detection by using available tools and analyzing behavior patterns
- Regularly communicate other stakeholders about fraud trends, mitigation efforts and impact
- Manage and respond to high severity incidents related to fraud, ensuring timely resolution and communication
- Creation of dashboards and daily reports
- Lead and mentor team of fraud analysts
- Implement and manage fraud prevention tools and technologies, ensuring optimal system performance
- Ensure correct and timely accounting of fraud impact in P&L and BS accounts
- Develop and implement a robust anti-fraud strategy balancing security with user experience

**Required Skills**:

- Bachelor´s Degree (Economics, Finance, Accounting or related areas)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in fraud prevention or a related field, with at least 1 year of supervisory experience
- Advance knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools (e.g Tableau, SQL, Excel, Google Sheets)
- Advanced English
