**Responsibilities**:

- 1) Coordination, communication, and prioritization:

- Coordinate with the overall strategy and project deliveries with the CGU head and bridge the business needs with the technical team.
- Create and manage a scope of project deliverables and communicate it to stakeholders (both external and internal).
- Determine the priority of project backlog items in order to deliver the maximum outcome.
- Act as a liaison for business stakeholders and end-users, determining whether each story meets their shared expectations.
- Serve as primary contact for customer technical inquiries and concerns.
- Perform customer negotiations for delivery milestones.
- 2) Delivery ownership:

- Ensuring that systems, procedures, and methodologies are in place to support outstanding service delivery.
- Taking accountability for service delivery performance, meeting customer expectations, and driving future demand.
- Taking ownership of critical incidents, coordinating with resolution parties, and establishing effective communication between stakeholders for post-incident reviews.
- Develop process improvements to achieve effectiveness and time saving.
- 3) Delivery team* management:

- Manage a delivery team to ensure timely and accurate customer deliveries.
- Perform resource allocations and workload assignments according to delivery requirements.
- Evaluate the performance of team members and determine training needs.
- Building strong relationships with teams and stakeholders to enable effective dialogue exchange between departments.
- Delivery team - a group of colleagues from different departments assigned to a customer-centric project and responsible to deliver outcomes for the customer at various stages of the project, according to their specialization.
- 4) Analysis and reporting:

- Evaluate progress at each iteration - make sure that the development delivers the expected outcomes.
- Providing accurate and regular reports to the management on performance of the service delivery.
- Report delivery status to customers and organize delivery of all required documentations.
- Prepare recommendations for business decisions that need to be made to meet customer expectations.

**Requirements**:

- 4+ years of relevant experience as a Delivery manager (Product Owner, Project Management or Business Analysis)
- Working experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project
- Upper-Intermediate level of English both speaking and writing
- Multitasking, ability to work on several projects simultaneously
- Experience in the process set up inside Scrum team
- Experience of personas writing
- Experiences with modelling notation (bpmn, uml)
- Strong organizational, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Product development mindset
