Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un nuevo talento Finaktiva. Una persona que disfrute el trabajo en equipo, propositiva, comunicación asertiva y actitud de servicio para el cargo de **Customer Services**. Una persona que nos ayude a mejorar el tejido empresarial del país.
**Requisitos**:
**Formación requerida**:Técnico o tecnólogo en áreas comerciales, de mercadeo, servicio al cliente, administración o afines.
**Experiência requerida**: 1 año de experiência en cargos similares, manejando líneas de atención al cliente, atención presencial en entidades financieras o de servicio.
**Conocimientos**:
- Gestión de Clientes, manejo de CRM, relacionamiento con clientes, negociación, manejo de objeciones, deseables canales digitales.
- Manejo de gestión de PQRS, Manejo de Salesforce (deseable), manejo de chatbots, actitud de servicio, conocimiento de productos financieros de preferencia productos factoring y confirming.
