**Education**
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field.
**Experience**:
Around 1 year of experience as an IT Engineer.
**Required Skills**:
Knowledge in Windows/MacOS Administration.
Knowledge of managing network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewall, and wireless points.
Knowledge managing virtualized environments in on-premise and cloud environments such as GCP, Azure, or AWS.
Knowledge of Office 365 and G-Suit.
Experience providing end-user support, resolving hardware and software issues.
**Nice to Have**
Knowledge of relevant IT standards and practices, as ITIL, COBIT, ISO27001.
Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA Network+, Cisco Certified Network Associate) are a plus.
**Soft Skills**
Mid to Advanced English level.
Open to learning new technologies.
Great communication skills.
