**Responsibilities**:

- ** User Management**: Creating and managing user accounts, roles, profiles, and permissions.
- ** Customization and Configuration**: Customizing objects, fields, page layouts, and record types; developing workflows and validation rules; maintaining custom reports and dashboards.
- ** Data Management**: Importing, updating, and exporting data; ensuring data quality and backups.
- ** System Maintenance**: Monitoring performance, managing releases and updates, and troubleshooting issues.
- ** Training and Support**: Providing user training and support; creating documentation and training materials.
- ** Integration Management**: Managing system integrations and ensuring data consistency.
- ** Security Management**: Implementing security settings and monitoring user activities.
- ** Collaboration and Communication**: Working with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions; collaborating with IT professionals.
- ** Innovation and Improvement**: Staying updated with Salesforce features and best practices; improving processes and user experience.
- ** Reporting and Analytics**: Building and maintaining reports and dashboards; providing data insights.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1.5 up to 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification is required; additional Salesforce certifications are a plus.
- Proficiency in Salesforce customization and configuration.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security and data management best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Intermediate English level
