**RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES**:

- Conduct thorough evaluations and interviews to assess technical expertise and leadership abilities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and provide insights to hiring managers.
- Collaborate with HR to ensure a seamless onboarding process.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bilingual Fluency: Proficient in English
- Recruitment Experience: Full-cycle recruitment for senior-level roles
- Interviewing Skills: Strong assessment abilities for technical expertise and cultural fit
- Market Awareness: Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and talent availability
- Adaptability: Flexibility to changing recruitment needs and environments
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
