**About the Role**:
- As a **Payments Analyst (Refunds) **you will be responsible correctly and timely execute the Refunds requested by our Merchants at the Latam level (7 countries) following the protocols established in each country.
**What you will do**:
- Execute the refund process to businesses through the networks, within the defined SLAs.
- Strengthen relationships with payment methods/acquirers.
- Monitoring indicators and incorporating strategies to meet the team's Kpis, which involves team management and strategic assignment of tasks.
**What you will need to succeed**:
- 2 years of experience in financial institutions (Banks) and customer service.
- Preferably if you have experience in payment platforms, electronic payments, Fintech.
- Professional of business administration, accounting, and related careers.
- Advanced-intermediate Excel
- English level B1.
