**Work Schedule**:Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Our company is the leading marketplace agency for ambitious brands. We are an e-commerce maximization partner, deeply embedded across multiple channels including Amazon and other marketplaces, DTC websites, and social shopping. We partner with our clients to manage every aspect of their specific e-commerce journey.

**In this position, you will also**:

- Perform detailed analysis of clients' stock position to accurately forecast inventory needs for seasonal, promotional, and anticipated peak selling periods.
- Monitor Open Shipments and inbound Shipment Performance Notifications
- Monitor Unfulfillable Inventory
- Monitor Aged Inventory including aged inventory fees imposed by Amazon
- Monitor Stranded Inventory
- Create and manage Seller Support cases with Amazon on behalf of clients' inventory needs
- Review and report on Inventory Performance Index (IPI) metrics
- Proactively communicate on clients' inventory position on Amazon and provide recommendations on improvements and efficiencies
- Oversee client onboarding for Logistics/Inventory services
- Collaborate with Account Managers and provide resolutions that meet established Service Level
- Agreements (SLA) for inventory deliverables
