About the role

This role will business partner with the finance team and cross-functionally across the business on a range of activities, from planning, reporting, and drive insights for decision making. The role will also be responsible for driving both short and long-term (strategic) planning.

A brilliant FP&A Coordinator opportunity for someone to demonstrate leadership in driving performance with phenomenal exposure to the finance leadership team.

Accountabilities- Handle key elements of financial planning, closing and reporting processes (Strategic Plan, AOP, Outlook, actuals and O&R) for P&L, balance sheet and cash flow- Support investment and resources allocation decision- Lead the company-wide headcount planning and expense budgeting and forecasting process.- Develop and standardize board level reports and presentations.- Partner with Accounting and Investor Relations to support the quarterly earnings process and regulatory filings.- Partner with Financial systems team to build and deliver a financial systems integration roadmap- Lead and support the delivery of process simplification and standardization- Continually strive for standard process and develop a culture for innovation
